Yes it is possible to remove this dialog popup.
1) Select the "Start" menu and type "gpedit.msc" in the search box and enter. This will bring up the Local Group Policy editor.
2) Under "Computer and Configuration" select "Administrative Templates" then "Windows Components" and finally "AutoPlay Policies".
3) Double-click "Turn Off AutoPlay" to bring up the properties, select "Enabled" and "All Drives" in "Turn Off AutoPlay."
As of v1.3.6.0 this can be administered via the Drive Bender settings.
