Is it possible to access the Drive Bender pooled drives in safe mode?

To be able to access the drives in the DB pool in SAFE MODE as though they were normal drives, you have to first re-boot your server info SAFE MODE.

Once running in SAFE MODE, go into COMPUTER MANAGEMENT (right-click on the COMPUTER icon and select MANAGE).

Then click on DISK MANAGEMENT - this will show all disks on your system

Highlight each disk from the DB pool in turn, and assign a drive letter to each disk.

You can then access the disks via the drive letters assigned in Windows Explorer.

Once you have finished with them, then remove the drive letter you assigned (highlight each disk from the DB pool in turn, and remove the drive letter you assigned to each disk).

DO NOT REMOVE PRE-ASSIGNED DRIVE REFERENCE ASSIGNED TO THE DRIVE BY DRIVE BENDER

Once complete, you can reboot the server and DB (should) re-start OK.
