Bidirectional syncing, what is the impact?

Bidirectional syncing allow files to be sync'd in both directions, that is changes made locally to a file are detected, and changes made to the cloud version of the file are also detected. However in this mode, users must be aware that Cloud Xtender will periodically scan the cloud service to detect file changes. In situations where the scanning frequency is very high (aka once a minute), an increase (sometimes unexpected) in network traffic can occur.
