How do I set up a Box provider?

This is only needed if
1) You are running a version of Cloud Xtender prior to v2.0
or
2) You wish to use you own application credentials (see the FAQ).

To config
1) Head to https://app.box.com/developers/services and create a new application in the Box Admin Console.
    a) Click the link, login with YOUR user name and password.
    b) Click the "Create New Application" button.
    c) In the "Application name" text box, provide a name for your application (e.g. " Cloud Xtender") and click the "Content API" button.
    d) Click the "Edit this application" button.

2. In the "OAuth 2 parameters" section, locate the "client_id" and the "client_secret" text boxes and enter their values.

Note - If you need to enter a value for "redirect_uri" then use http://localhost:2180
