How do I set up a OneDrive provider?

This is only needed if
1) You are running a version of Cloud Xtender prior to v2.0
or
2) You wish to use you own application credentials (see the FAQ).

To config
1) Head to https://account.live...rs/applications and enter your user name and password to log in.
2) Click "Create application" link, then enter an "Application name" (aka Cloud Xtender) and select its "Language", then click "I accept" button.
3) On the next screen, click "API Settings" choose "Yes" for "Mobile client app" statement, then "Save".
4) Click on "App Setting", this will list the Id and Secret required.
