How do I set up a Google drive provider?

This is only needed if
1) You are running a version of Cloud Xtender prior to v2.0
or
2) You wish to use you own application credentials (see the FAQ).

To config
a) Head to https://code.google.com/apis/console/ login with your username and password.
b) Create a new project, give it a name such as "Cloud Xtender"
c) From the "Google Apps APIs" list, select "Drive API".
d) From the "Overview" screen, select "Enabled".
e) Once enabled, go to "Credentials". From here set "Which API" to "Google Drive API", and "Where you are calling from" to "Other UI".
f) Select "User data" as the data type and then select "What credentials do I need?".
g) In the OAuth Client ID, enter an ID such as "Cloud Xtender client ID" (or keep the default) and select "Create client ID".
h) Enter the account email (should already be populated), and an application name such as "Cloud Xtender" and select "Continue".
i) The credentials have been created, you can download these or select "I'll do this later".
j) To obtain the "Client ID" and "Client secret", select the client ID from the list.

Note - If you receive an error during the connection process, please double check to ensure your client id and secret key.
