It is possible to create a pool populated entirely with networked drives, however, there is an important point to note. Drive Bender obtains its NTFS security from the first physical drive in the pool (we refer to this as the master node), if there are no physical drives in the pool, security must be disabled on any mount points create against this pool. To disable security, perform the following for each mount point.
1) Open regedit, and navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Division-M\Drive Bender"
2) Locate the mount point key, this will be a sub key of the pool key i.e. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Division-M\Drive Bender\{...some guid pool key...}\{...some guid mount point key...}. The mount point key will contain the the mount point drive letter, so it is easy to identify (click here for detailed information on the registry structure).
3) Add or create a DWORD value call "Mount Point Options", and set its value to 1.
4) Restart.
