When upgrading from Drive Bender v1.x to Drive Bender v2.1, the old v1 driver is uninstalled during the upgrade process. However it is possible that this action does not occur correctly and the new v2 driver cannot mount the pool.
Before processing, please perform 2 - 3 reboots as many users have reported that this fixes the issue. Another effective method is kill the DriveBenderService.exe, then restart the Drive Bender service via the services manager (to start, run "services.msc"). Just make sure you allow 5 - 10 minutes so Drive Bender can retry the mount (FYI - We believe this issue is related caching, as once the mount is successful, there are no further issues). If there is still an issue, process with the following.
1) Start the driver utility (start menu -> driver utility), then select uninstall generation 4 drivers and reboot.
IMPORTANT - If you receive an file select dialog (i.e. to locate the drive cab file), cancel and move on to step 3.
2) Check the pool and if it still has not mounted, please continue with the step.
3) Start the utility again, select uninstall gen 5 drivers, reboot.
4) Start the utility again and install the drivers, reboot.
