Upgrading to Tomcat (v1.3)

The upgrade process to Tomcat is very straight forward. There are a number of important notes.

• DO NOT uninstall any previous version of Drive Bender before upgrading. Although there is no harm in doing so, it simply adds complexity to the process (the installation is upgrade aware).
• After upgrading, if there is an issue with the pool, send the most recent Drive Bender log file to support. The Drive Bender logs are located in the Drive Bender folder "C:\Program Files\Division-M\Drive Bender" (note on x64 machines this is NOT "Programs File (x86)"). The file name is db-xxxx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx.sil (where all the xx's are the date). Can you please reply with all log attached in a zip file.
• The client uses a lot of new .NET components, the first time the client starts it can take a number of seconds to appear (after the first time, it is much quicker).
• On Windows XP, the font "Segoe" is not install. As a result the client uses a different font that can make the text a little messy (we are looking at ways around this). There are places you can download this font, however the legality of this is questionable.
