Issue - If the pool switches to fault tolerant mode as a result of a hard drive that has disconnected from the pool, it is possible that the pool will switch out of fault tolerant mode before the drive reconnects. This can be problematic for any WHS client backups as one or more of the backup files will be missing, which can result in a corrupted backup set (under normal circumstances the pool should be in a read only mode when fault tolerant mode is activate, preventing these types of issues). This can also cause issues with DB detecting missing duplicate files (i.e. any file flagged for duplication) and file conflicts.
Workaround - Identify and remove the hard drive that is disconnecting.
