A RAW hard drive is a partition which Windows believes, has not been formatted. The reason a drive will display this that the MFT (master file table) has become corrupt. The reasons why this can happened range from a virus infection through to power outages etc, but the end result is that Windows cannot read the MFT structure, and therefore assumes the drive to be unformatted.
First of all, Windows will want to format the drive, do not do this! Formatting the drive will destroy any MFT structure that remains... of which most will still be valid.
The upside is that, because this is quite a common issues, and a quick Google search will reveal many ways and tools to recover the drive.
One important point, this is not related to Drive Bender. Drive Bender does not have any low-level access to any of the hard drives in the system.
